Buenos Aires, March 31 (NA) – Starting Monday, April 30, 2026, the Public Revenue Administration (AGIP) will implement the process of issuing and distributing bills exclusively in digital format. This means that taxpayers will no longer receive paper bills and will be able to access them online to pay through the usual payment methods. The measure advances a change that was already underway: 66% of taxpayers for Vehicle Taxes and 63% for Real Estate Tax (ABL) already manage their bills digitally. With this decision, AGIP completes the transition to total paperlessness and achieves an annual saving of $3.9 billion in printing and distribution.
How to access the bill ● From www.agip.gob.ar, go to the "Payments-Bill Inquiry" section, select the tax, and choose "Pay/Bills". With the account number, you can view, download, and/or pay the bill. ● If the account is correctly registered, you can sign up for the Electronic Bill from the Taxpayer Portal by choosing the "Electronic Bill Enrollment" service. This way, you won't have to search for it each month, and it will arrive via email every month. ● It can be requested by email through InfoAGIP or in person at the offices. ● As always, it can be viewed via online banking. ● The payment methods are the ones already available for each tax and can be consulted at: https://www.agip.gob.ar/impuestos/inmobiliario-abl/formas-pago.
When will there be no more paper bills The move to digital will start with the fourth (4) installment of the ABL tax, and then will be applied to the rest of the taxes. The due date for that fourth installment will be next April 21 for all accounts and modalities.
The bills will be available on the AGIP website on April 1st, and from that same date, they will start appearing in online banking, depending on each entity.
